Clarence Chiwenda founded Carter Meridian Global Logistics with one conviction: that the quality of a patient's diagnosis should never be determined by the reliability of the person who delivers the sample.
Before founding CMGL, Clarence worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the National Blood Service Zimbabwe (NBSZ) — one of Zimbabwe's most critical healthcare institutions. There, he worked directly with blood products, laboratory specimens, and the cold-chain systems that keep them viable. He saw firsthand what happens when logistics fail: samples rejected, diagnoses delayed, patients harmed.
That experience is what CMGL is built on.
With passion for improving healthcare delivery , he established CMGL to help healthcare providers simplify procurement ,strengthen supply chains and improve access to quality medical products and equipment across Zimbabwe.
